• Our “hassle-free, hands-off" option – absolutely minimal paperwork and NO ongoing charges whatsover.
  
• You become a director and shareholder of one of our Management Companies
  
• We provide all liability insurance cover necessary for you to carry out your contract
  
• We manage all of the paperwork - invoicing, tax returns, payroll, CRO filing – the lot !
  
• We invoice the client or recruitment agency based on your timesheets.
  
• Once your invoices are settled we pay your salary including any business expenses incurred, less our fee, direct to your bank account on the same day.
  
• We charge a fee of 3% per invoice processed, capped at a maximum of €180. (See our Special Offer on referrals)
  
• As a client, our fully qualified staff also provide free advice to you on income protection insurance, pensions and personal taxation issues.

Our fees will depend on the level of service you require but we guarantee to provide the most competitive fee you will find – remember our goal is to keep as much of your money in your pocket as possible! All of our fees are fully tax deductable.

Limited Company Formation & Windup

Under this option, the contractor becomes the proprietary director of their own limited company. They can then enter into either

• A contract with a recruitment agency to provide services to a 3rd party OR
  
• A contract directly with a company to provide services to them

Contractor Management and Accounting Services will undertake all of the work involved in setting up the company on your behalf.

• We will deal with all relevant authorities
  
• We will provide introductions and assistance in opening your company bank accounts
  
• We will assist you in obtaining the correct insurance cover
  
• Our solicitor will review any contracts which you are undertaking, giving you peace of mind.
  
• We can advise you on Income protection and help you obtain the best value quote
  
• Much of this can be undertaken in one meeting, at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends

Once the company has been set up we can provide a full range of services to you leaving you to get on with your contract without the administration headache to worry about.

We charge a once-off fee of €400 to set up the company and register with the appropriate authorities. See our Special Offer page for a reduction on this fee valid until December 31st 2009.

If you have a limited company which you wish to windup we can provide a full service to you to complete the process.
